Wiedeman/ Murata C25 Turret CNC Punch Press

The main workhorse of our factory. This Punch Press is capable of 

punching up to 5mm in most materials, or thicker for some of the more softer aluminiums. 

Blank sizes up to 1250mm x 1250mm preferred but oversize blanks are capable 

of being run for the larger parts.

With CNC capability, we can ensure that we produce 

production runs within tolerances of ± 0.1mm.

        Shape - single station Punch Press

        This machine is can be very useful in 

       prototype development, jig making & one off samples,

      without interfering with the main production runs. 

       This does not have CNC capability, but 

        a wide variety of tooling is available for this machine.

Lasercut        

According to customer requirements, we can supply         

lasercut pieces. These can be out-sourced and then         

brought into the factory for further operations to be        

    applied.
